I go by (I'M A HOODIE NINJA), and my time zone is (EASTERN). I found this site by (TROLOLOLO). You can contact me (PM'ING GETS THINGS DONE).
`time to figure, time to sin

NAME:Everette Invidia Nightingale.
AGE:Twenty-two.
GENDER:Male.
SEXUALITY:Straight for the most part.
SPECIES:Gifted (Telepathy [ability to read and manipulate the mind] & Telekinesis [ability to move things with the mind]).
NATIONALITY:Finnish, German, Norwegian, American
OCCUPATION:Part-time R.N. & Paralegal.
`live for suffer, live for revenge
know your life comes to an end*
know your life comes to an end*
APPEARANCE:Much like the Nightingale clan, Everett is six foot and weights in almost at the two-hundred marker. Kind of a big guy for his age, but what do you expect? The guy works out. His body is defined but not all the way. He still needs to build up those muscles and maintain them. Like his brother, Everett has short brown hair. Not short to be considered buzzed but just at that decent length whereas he could gel the front and so it’s not all over the place. Sometimes he has peach fuzz, but usually he keeps himself trimmed and neat. The man has a sense of hygiene after all. His skin is a normal peach hue and those eyes of his are a mixture of blue and brown - brown more by the pupil and blue on the outside. His clothing style? Meh, he wears whatever is loose, warm, and comfortable. Colors don’t really matter with the man.
CELEB CLAIM:Rick Malambri,Anthony Gastelier, Matt Bomer.

PERSONALITY:Unlike his older brother, Everett is more… Of a nicer fellow. Not exactly the opposite, but just nicer in a sense. Sure, the man will peek into your mind and read up on things mainly about him and thus base your thoughts with his actions - which can vary from cruel to unusual to nice and naïve. Though he mainly plays the nice roll to cover up what he knows. Nonetheless, his actions will probably reflect what he knows. If he’s nice to you and you think of him as an idiot and a fool, and then you want him to do something for you - chances are he won’t and you’re just out of luck. So the man can be a little bit of a jerk, but deep down he’s a sweetheart. Not a push-over at all, but sweet nonetheless.
The man has a tendency to use his abilities a little more than he should and often he doesn’t like the results. Either or, the feeling of being all-knowing or close to it is a good feeling that he likes to have. Everett is dedicated and very loyal. Even when his wife was gone for ten months at one time, he never shifted his attention elsewhere. It doesn’t matter with what - the man is like a dog and will forever be loyal - probably even when you kick the dog that is him, who knows. He’s protective with what he owns and what he has but will often let his guard down if he can trust you or if your thoughts are positive - or well, if he can read you. Some people are blank and don’t think as much, so in that time he relies on personal judgment. The man is slightly judgmental but keeps his opinions to himself… Sometimes. Sometimes! He is opinioned and sometimes isn’t afraid to voice his opinion, whether he’s wrong or right. The man is somewhat prideful and sometimes just doesn’t care.
LIKES:His children, Buffy, his pets, being better than you, knowing your moves, knowing your thoughts, giving you “just deserts”, starch (he loves noodles, crackers, and potatoes!), when the bills aren’t high, when his day goes well, lemonade, his deceased wife, his family, lukewarm weather, horizons, playing strategy games, meeting his match.
DISLIKES:The military, government, some authority figures, being told what to do a lot of the time, being reminded of Trinity, getting overtime, being a disappointment to someone, hurting people with his ability - but will do it if need be, very hot weather, sand, when his children are upset or sad, when Buffy gets sick, rescheduling, rebuilding his crumbled life.
SECRETS:His abilities are his secrets. He never really told anyone about them - not even his wife. Though he was sure she knew something was up for he seemed to know everything she knew and was going to do before she acted.
FEARS:Not being able to save someone (family, patients, whatever), losing his children or Buffy to some sort of death or sickness - he can’t stand death anymore… And probably the fear of spiders. The smaller the worse!
DREAMS:To one day move on completely. Right now he’s still sour about this whole thing and just really wants to have a normal white-picket fence life and just be happy for once… Without pain nor worry.
STRENGTHS:The ability to know what you know, foresight, quick-witted, strength itself, empathy, can be manipulative.
WEAKNESSES:His children, his family, he’s a sucker for cheesy gestures and conversations, using his power a little too much, the feeling of “knowing” i.e.; feeling better than you all because he has abilities.

HISTORY:Yvonne Judo and Desmond Nightingale were people in high school that despised one another. Desmond was the jock and Yvonne was the outcast nerd or 'tom-boy'. Though out of high school, the two seemed to get together. They were stupid to let the peer pressure and cliques of high school get in the way. The two of them met in college. They both attended the same university. While Yvonne was going into nursing, Desmond wanted to be a firefighter. They both had the same concept of helping people, though Yvonne was more proactive and Desmond was more reactive. The two had a few of the same classes, mainly electives. One year passed and the to dated. Due to Yvonne's mother passing on and her father being ruthless – since she was over eighteen she was kicked out, Desmond, whom had his own small apartment, welcomed her into his home. It was then that a few weeks later that the two dated and got 'together' in more ways than one. Nine months later, Riley was born. The two soon got a bigger apartment and both continued to go to school. It was very rough but Desmond's parents were supporting them unlike Yvonne's, so it wasn't as hard as it could have been. As she got her degree two years later to be a nurse, she was pregnant again. By that time, Desmond was already a firefighter – passing his paramedics and EMT courses as well.
Eight months later this time, Yvonne went to the hospital and called Desmond who was at work at the station on one of his 24-hour shifts. They let him get out early so he could see and hold his new son, another edition to the family. It was the next day, literally, that Desmond finally proposed to her. A year or so later, the two got married and their son Riley carried their rings while little Everett was being held by their auntie. Six years or so later, Yvonne was a R.N. Which was upgraded a few times and could do way more than the average nurse, and Desmond was still a firefighter – though was soon approached from a Homeland Security officer and soon was taking courses in that field. The Nightingale family moved out of the apartment and into a nice suburban two-story house (with basement, two car garage, attic, and a very large backyard – a few acres) for their family. It was there that their boys finally were growing up. They grew up in New Jersey for all of their lives.
The boys, though not twins, were somewhat identical at their young child ages, though as they progressed to their teenage years, there were heavy differences. Both did well in school. Everett did a little bit more while Riley kind of slacked off a bit. As his elder brother graduated with his diploma in hand, he immediately enrolled himself in one of the open Police Academy’s around New Jersey. Everett, continued to stay in school and that small hint of rivalry overcame the teen and he wanted to be better than his older brother. Unlike Riley - who’s powers developed later in life (late bloomer), Everett’s powers started the end of his Junior year. He didn’t know what hit him in the face. At first he thought people were talking to him and thus got called down a lot… But when school ended and he had June and July free, was when he started to realize… He wasn’t going crazy; he was reading people’s minds! Though being so young, he couldn’t turn off these thoughts and soon he had chronic migraines. His Senior year… The boy didn’t go lower than a ninety-eight in any class. Well, except English - it had essay’s and it was the only thing he really needed to concentrate on.
Like his goal was… He soon came out Valedictorian and shoved that in his brother’s face… Though not physically but you could tell by Everett’s smile he felt good about surpassing his elder brother - whom was a police officer now already. Everett sadly, wasn’t like his brother whom knew what he wanted to do off the bat. Everett was stuck with the whole “I don’t know” scenario - despite him coming up on top. He got offers and free schooling shoved in his face so took it. He did his ‘liberal arts credits’ first to get them out of the way for every degree had them. He used that year to think of what he really wanted to do. It was then he met a beautiful woman named Trinity. She was kind of like him and well… Everett liked her. Her thoughts were nice and she didn’t think negatively of him. It was when he was twenty years old that he finally had a grip on his powers and managed to silence the thoughts - and even more so - slip his own thoughts into your mind and see what your past progressions were. Everett was a little stinker that way. Though it seemed as when he learned to control that power, a new one came to his aid - the ability to move things with his mind. He was shocked at first but soon smiled - he could control things with his mind! That was bloody awesome to him! Though he did label himself as weird… But soon found out from his parent’s thoughts - that they were all “weird”… So it didn’t bother him much anymore. Though now he wandered what his brother could do!
Soon enough, when he was nineteen - the two started dating, and when it was six or so months away form his twentieth birthday, things got serious with the two of them. Before he knew it - Trinity was pregnant and was freaking out about it. The two didn’t know what to do! Everett didn’t know how his brother handled it and when he asked for advice, he was shot down. Everett did the only thing he thought he could do - move in with her and continue life. He didn’t want her to be a single mother all alone and it was about time he moved out of his parents home. Though he didn’t have a job, he had a bank account that he put all his allowance in - so he helped with the mortgage, bills, and all that junk when lived with her.
A few months after his twentieth birthday she gave birth to two little children - twins; named Roman and Alexis. Though it seemed as soon as she gave birth, the government was on her case. She was four years older than him and was going to school for some degree, but now she couldn’t finish it. She dropped her classes and soon went overseas - where she was put in active duty. It was there that she stayed for ten months! It was excruciating for Everett. He missed her so much and was stuck at her home with two newborns (which by now were one year old) and bills to pay - oh, and schooling, too. It was a pain to juggle everything at once and at a few points in time, Everett was about to give up, but he didn’t… He tried to be strong.
That was when she came home. She was sent back for a few months to ‘visit and relax’ or something. Whatever they called it. Everett didn’t hesitate to drop on his knees and propose. The wedding was a quick one - in less than a month they were married, but just right after, they sent her off overseas. Everett was missing her more and more, but soon managed to get himself a job as a secretary for a company. They didn’t need any degree or anything but Everett seemed to know what to do. For half of a year he worked there - getting some extra money while he managed to get a teenager to baby-sit his children (she was responsible, took a babysitting course, and knew things - so Everett trusted her - plus the pay was very cheap, so he could afford her as well as pay the bills). With the babysitter in hand, Everett jammed his schooling and finished in three years.
Everett soon got a his associates in nursing and a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He didn’t know where exactly he was going still… So many interesting things were out there and well, nothing seemed to really spark his attention. Nonetheless, he quit his job at the secretary as he was soon offered up a job as an R.N. at the East Orange Hospital. It was an annoying job, but Everett was very good with the patients. He knew what they wanted and when to avoid them. Half the time he wanted to poison a few of them, but kept his cool.
Along with his nursing at twenty-one, Everett soon got another job offer. He kind of lied on his transcript a bit - but they didn’t figure it out since when he was answered the questions, he just read their minds and got the answers out. Soon enough when he was nearing twenty-two, he got a new job - paralegal. It was very, very rough work, and working at the hospital (part-time) now… Along with the two newborns (whom were about two now) - whom still had the babysitter, life was still stressing. Sadly, he wanted to inform Trinity of his jobs and what happened but she was never on Skype or never called him… He assumed she was busy in combat or was in a spot where she couldn’t contact home. So he didn’t think too much of it.
Buffy was like a sister to him. Though they were three years apart, the babysitter and him had a bond. Nothing like Trinity, but she was there a lot. Soon, the pay for her increased almost tenfold and the two made a pact. She babysat the kids from afternoon and night time while he worked then. And so she can attend school and have a life - he’d take care of the kids in the morning and early afternoon before he had to take on his shifts. She didn’t live with him, but she was such a dependable you girl and Everett was just so happy to have found that high school student in the past. She was seriously his life saver! But no one could save him with what happened next in his life…
Now twenty-two, holding a part-time job and a paralegal job, and a father to two two-year olds… Life was very busy but the man managed - all thanks to Buffy his very dependant babysitter - whom was going in the field of Child Development - so she now had years of experience on her belt as well. Though it was a weekend when this happened… He invited Buffy over to have a movie night out. It was not a date - they wee good friends and she helped him out a load when there was a knock at the door. Buffy stayed on the couch while Everett went to the door to answer. Three men in black suits stood outside. Two by the door and one stood by a black small limo. Everett was confused but when he saw the American flag on the antenna and her the words “We’re sorry to inform”, Everett didn’t need to read his mind to know what happened. He slapped the letter out of the mans hands and just fell on his knees. Tears… So many tears flooded his face and the man just fell completely down on the ground, crying the most he ever did.
The men dealt with this before and tried to help but Buffy sent them off. It took a few hours, but she managed to calm Everett down a bit. His wife… Died in action in Afghanistan. Everett… Never really recovered. It just happened a month ago and the man was still sour about it. His personality changed a bit, but not entirely. He came off as slightly cold and jerk-like, but that was just a cover, a front. Buffy knew he was taking it hard so didn’t talk back or say anything to anger him. She didn’t want to lose a best friend over his wife’s death. Soon enough, he finally visited her grave for the first time after the funeral. She was buried on the outskirts of Essex - where other ‘soldiers’ were buried. Though she wasn’t a captain or anything high, her loyalty to America got her a spot there. This day, Everett continues to live life how Trinity would have wanted it - to the best of his ability with no tears. He’s trying his best, but deep down he feels like he’s failing.
